Trade-in your device

– Submit Your Device Information:
Start by entering essential details about your device to receive an instant trade-in estimate. This allows us to assess its current value accurately.

– Initiate Your Trade-In Request:
After reviewing your trade-in offer, proceed to confirm your request. You’ll be able to schedule a pickup time that aligns with your availability, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.

– Prepare Your Device for Pickup:
To ensure your data remains secure, it’s important to complete a full factory reset before the collection. This step clears personal information and gets your device ready for inspection.

– At-Home Device Assessment:
A representative will arrive at your specified address at the scheduled time to assess your device’s condition. The assessment is completed on-site, ensuring full transparency and a fast process.

– Receive Your Reward:
Once the evaluation is complete, you will receive your trade-in value in cash.

We understand data privacy is a genuine concern. We recommend that you do a factory reset before handing over the device.

Our competitive prices are based on bids placed by dealers from across the country. As such, when dealers compete to buy your device, what you get will be the highest quote on the platform.

We accept devices that power on and are in working condition. Our condition descriptions are clearly stated to help you make the proper selection. Based on the final condition given by the agent, you can choose to accept or refuse to trade-in your device.

You can use any of the following in original (no copies or photos):
– Emirates ID
– Driving license

– Mobile phones

For any of these devices, you can go through the assessment and receive an immediate price quote based on the device condition from our highest bidder. We accept devices that at least switch on. But we don’t accept devices that are counterfeit or jailbroken.

There are three different grades that determine the condition of your phone or device: Flawless, Average, and Broken but working. These grades are based on the appearance and functionality of your device. It is important to accurately understand the condition and features of your phone or device to ensure a smooth and efficient process, as the condition of the device will affect the offered price.

Your devices are sold to dealers across the UAE who repair them and sell them to customers, thus extending the life span of the device and promoting a sustainable and circular economy.

For mobile phones and tablets, we do not require any accessories. However, for laptops and smartwatches, the charger is mandatory.

– Go to tradein-renewd.northladderstage.com and select the device you wish to sell.

– Enter your personal details, including your location and preferred pick-up date.

– Verify that all your details are correct, and click the “Trade-in Now” button to complete the transaction.

– Once you confirm your request to sell your phone or any other device, you receive an email with a QR code and with your unique 13-digit reference code.

– Our agent will call you within 24 hours and schedule a home pick up at your convenience.

– Once the home service agent assesses your device, he/she will confirm the price based on the condition of your phone.

– If you agree to the price, you will receive an SMS with sell details and an OTP for confirmation.

– Share the OTP with the home service agent.

– Receive the trade-in value in cash.
